Joomla, the popular Content Management System can be difficult to get to grips with initially and this problem is compounded if you're using any number of 3rd party components, modules or plugins that ship with their own syntax or manner of doing stuff. How can a Joomla site administrator make it easier to manage processes?
A good way to recall hard-to-remember bits is to create a cheat sheet right on the admin interface, something you can look at anytime you're logged in as administrator. This can save you valuable time if you need to get something done fast and saves having to make external notes somewhere to look up every time you need to manage some sort of admin process.
This is also a handy way of educating site managers as it's not likely they'll have enough Joomla experience or knowledge to bend complicated components to their will.
